We were assisted by Aya who from the moment we entered the store was very friendly, very knowledgeable and ghostly importantly, never once pressurised is us. He clearly explained all the different types of mattresses, assisted us when needed but left us alone to browse and try out on our own. He made the whole experience very smooth, he is a credit to the store.

Nav was a great help in assisting us with all our questions. He was friendly, helped us to choose the right bed frame and assisted us with looking at mattresses which suited both me and my partner.

Jackie, our sales colleague was extremely efficient and friendly. The purchase was for my 17 year old daughter and Jackie included her in all decision making. Fantastic. We are doing our house up and have 2 more bedrooms to furnish, we will be returning to this store and will wait to be served by Jackie if necessary.
