Kam, our assistant, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products and understood well our needs and requirements. He would inform us as requested, then leave us to look and think rather than standing with us all the time which can make a feeling of being pressured into a decision, and we are people that take time. Kam was always around nearby if we needed so he has the customer service and attentiveness balance absolutely perfect, giving space and time to reflect and decide. He was also a great personality making the whole experience pleasant (it took nearly two hours from arrival to decision!). The order process was long, but Kam explained every step that was going on engaging in conversation throughout. It was a shame all items were not in stock and we have to go back to collect, but apart from that it was a great experience, thank you Kam (and also the coffee was pretty good). I hope the delivery process is as well organised as the sales process and we will be pleased with our choice based upon the wealth of knowledge Kam shared
