We booked an appointment, were seen as soon as we arrived by Aya who was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Social distancing was observed and Aya dealt with us professionally.

The man who helped me was extremely polite and helpful. I've never had to buy a bed before, so was a little concerned about my lack of knowledge on the matter, but the gentleman who assisted me made me feel very comfortable.
