Naveed our sales assistant was extremely polite. The bed is for my daughter and he made her feel very special in choosing her bed, showing her how the ottoman works. Then choosing a mattress, giving her advise on what suits her etc and then the pillows. He made the whole experience seem very personal for her. He was not pushy at all which would have put us straight off. Overall we walked out feeling 100% satisfied that we made the correct choice.

We were interested in the product and had seen it before. The salesman did not push us into making a decision as we needed to check the dimensions of our room still. He gave us all the info we needed and we called later to place the order over the phone. He was professional throughout and not at all pushy.
