I visited branch B355. Aya gave me and my mum a wonderful experience when picking a bed and mattress. He offered hospitality with a drink and welcomed us with his very friendly nature and provided us with lots of information confidently. He used both of our names a lot too which was all part of a great service. Thanks Aya!

The Lady who helped us was named Jackie. As soon as we walked in she greeted us Warmly and helped us to picked out the perfect new Bed for us. She made sure we were comfortable and that social distancing was maintain she put us on the machine with Stacy from ‘Gavin and Stacy’ and talked us through how the the beds worked. Fantastic service.
