We was greeted by George who gave us enough space and time to browse and then was available to discuss the bed with us immediately. George went above and beyond to help us choose the right pillow and the dream bed. He sprayed down the bed so I felt safe that it was sanitised. He demonstrated the beds functioned and helped us visualise having the bed at home. We were then served by Jackie who also went The extra mile she was speedy and knowledgeable with the checkout process and made me feel reassured that I understood everything. It was a very happy visit and we had so much fun with the team.We initially came in just to browse but as a result of exceptional service we ended up buying on the day

Staff were very helpful, pointed us in the right direction straight away in guidance tonwhat we wanted. Did not take long for us to find what we like and finalise the purchase.

I visited branch B355. Aya gave me and my mum a wonderful experience when picking a bed and mattress. He offered hospitality with a drink and welcomed us with his very friendly nature and provided us with lots of information confidently. He used both of our names a lot too which was all part of a great service. Thanks Aya!
