The service we received from Jackie and the amount of time she spent helping us meant we could make a decision in our own time without feeling rushed or pressured. Her product knowledge and friendlyness made it an enjoyable process.

The staff in there were extremely friendly and professional. They said hello as soon as I went in and then offered to give me some “space” to browse and to feel free to ask them any questions when I was ready

George was extremely helpful, even allowing us to borrow a swatch of fabric. For customer service, you can’t fault this. All staff, including George, were extremely helpful when we returned and ultimately placed our order
