Jacqueline who served us, was friendly, listened to what was wanted, guided us to the appropriate products, answered all our questions and always had social distancing and our health at the forefront of all of our interactions.

Our assistant Jackie was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, we were given coffee and made very welcome from start to finish when we purchased our new bed.

Jacqueline was fantastic. I didn’t have to come and find help - she kindly approached me within seconds of me entering the store. Great knowledge of what was and wasn’t available. Friendly but professional and quick. Made sure I was completely happy before proceeding. Gave me a great deal and helped me to arrange delivery and collection of my old mattress.
