The store was very clean and had a great lay out so was easy to get around. It was a quiet and pleasant shopping experience. We were worried that we would be pressured or rushed into into spending more but Jackie had brilliant customer service skills and really let us take our time, she took all our needs into consideration and helped us choose what was right for us and our budget.

We visited the store previously to see if they had what we were looking for. Both then, and today we were immediately asked if we needed help. With a print out that we were given on our first visit, we were seen by the same assistant Aya. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were offered refreshments and actually enjoyed our visit. Can't wait for the delivery.
