I was given adequate time to make a decision, I did not feel pressured

Polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff who were available on entry to the Luton Store. No rush to commit and given opportunity to "test drive" various mattress types. No pressure salesmen who also offered us refreshments whilst we perused the products.

Nah serving us was informative and understanding of my needs. He took the time to see us and introduced us to the store and the products. I did not feel pushed into anything and gave us the time we needed to make the right decision on a mattress

Staff really listened to what we needed. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They gave us plenty of time to make our decision and not pushy with getting the sale. They seemed genuinely interested in getting us what we needed.

I know what firmness of the mattress I wanted but not sure on type. The staffs was very helpful explained to me the different type of mattress. I tested them all and he explained all the benefits for each type of mattress. Then at the end I was allowed sometime by myself to sleep on the mattress and make a decision. Overall the experience was excellent I will definitely come back if I need any other bed related things.

From the minute I walked in the door an assistant was there to help me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The assessment to determine the correct mattress for me was quick and came up with suggestions that were spot on. The assistant was patient, efficient and attentive. She made me feel like I was the only one in the shop. The whole experience was relaxed and very pleasant. Delivery was arranged to suit me in a good time frame. I can't wait to get my new mattress. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.

Kamran was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to ensure that the process of buying a new mattress was as smooth as possible! Cannot fault the service we received at all.
