I had searched online for a bed and mattress and wasn't really comfortable about buying it online, would the quality of the frame be robust and there was no way I could see how firm or soft the mattress would be online. Dreams was th first store I went into just to get a feel of the mattresses and to have a better look at an ottoman and perhaps would shop around other stores to see if I could find a good deal. I was approached by a lovely lady called Sofi, I explained I had a budget and didn't want to spend too much. She was thorough with her questions and knew the products well and directed me to what fit my requirements. George the manager was a diamond. Both George and Sofi found me the best frame and mattress, plus they mentioned the 20% discount and it would've been silly of me not to take advantage of the promotion. We were made to feel welcome and we Really loved the Sleep match bed! Although the shop was busy all staff were attentive and our salesman Nav has great product knowledge. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you
