Didn't wait long for salesman to come to us though we were not pestered at all which is good. He knew what I was looking for and took us straight to mattress and because we were happy with it he didn't try to steer us to anything else.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Jacqueline (Jackie) At the Luton store. She was very helpful and friendly. Her product knowledge was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for her to help us find the right mattress for us. There was no pressure on us to purchase anything at any time and she didn’t press us to purchase the most expensive product. It was always our decision but with help and guidance from her. We were impressed with the display of products at the store and the steps taken during this Covid 19 situation at present. Our experience was a pleasant one all round.
