I was highly satisfied with the help i received from Aya in the Luton store (Saturday October 3rd). Aya was friendly and polite and took the time to learn my name and exactly what i was looking for. He had great product knowledge and explained everything very clearly to me so i felt like i was making an informed decision. He was patient in letting me try a number of mattresses but was always available when i had a question. He ensured we were kept safe with social distancing and also offered myself and my mum a hot drink whilst we were looking around. He also offered me a great deal on what i was looking for and was accomodating around delivery times. Aya was so fantastic that i placed the order there and then when i had initally come in just to have a look. I would recommend the Luton store and Aya to friends and family as he was such a fantasic help. Thank you Aya! Superstar.
