Jackie’s service was second to none . We had already been in 3 other furniture stores where we were met with indifferent service. She thoughtfully showed us some models to look at gave us time to reflect and discuss she then demonstrated the ease sequence and method of transforming sofa into bed. She gave us space to measure.She was very knowledgeable and took the trouble to find out our needs and requirements whilst observing social distancing. It helped us make a quick decision . We were offered water whilst placing our order which was wiped to sanitise. We were very impressed with cleanliness of store and recommended Dreams to our son who bought a mattress the same evening from a different store. Only disappointment was that bedsettee only comes in two colours and we only had a sample to choose from. Really looking forward to having delivery before Christmas . A dream experience at Dreams!

George the manager and Nav the sales assistant could not have been more helpful, honest, understanding and accomidating. We were not pushed into spending money we did not need to. They were very considerate of our needs and were able to recommend appropriate beds/ mattresses that would suit those needs. Was an overall pleasent and relaxing shopping experience.
