Your colleague, Jacky, looked after our needs throughout our visit. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and highly professional. She enabled us to make an informed decision about our bed and once chosen we swiftly ordered the product. Despite having to wait to the New Year to receive the new bed (which was not Jacky's fault,), we were happy with the whole experience

From start to finish of us entering the store all staff members were extremely polite. Between the male staff member who used the bed machine to generate a match for my partner and I to the lady Jackie from the Luton store who took us around sanitising the beds allowing us to try the mattresses. Jackie enabled us to find a mattress that suited us both perfectly and for under our budget. Jackie then proceeded to get us a small discount and a mattress protector in on the deal for us buying warranty. We were so over joyed with her service and left dreams very happy and ready to tell our friends and family about this service.

Customer service was excellent Even kids were taken care of Good knowledge of products by staff who attended to me..George and Karen Finance was easy. Got an alternative bed with d help of staff even though my delivery date was too long

When we arrived Sofia came over and ensured that we was ok and if we needed any help to just ask. At the beginning of our visit, we was just looking however we were undecided as a result of this Sofia supported us. She firstly put us on the piece of equipment which selected the right mattress for us and then supported us with showing us a range of mattresses. Sofia allowed us time to test out the mattress without hassling us. We were very undecided however Sofia was patient throughout. Once we chose our mattress Sofia supported us with a bed. Again, showed us the options and allowed us time to pick our bed. I found sofa very polite and very knowledgeable throughout the visit. Once we made a decision we went through the payments. Sofia shared that she was relatively new and apologised for the timing however it was my opinion that Sofia wasn’t slow and the payment/finance process time was appropriate. I am grateful to Sofia for her patience and positive attitude - this made the visit very worthy.
