The sales advisor appeared very knowledgeable when discussing the mattress, he had a friendly approach and listened to my mothers needs and what we were looking for. The sale advisor explained the differences in the mattress, exceeding our expectations. The mattress was delivered with no issues. Therefore, highly satisfied with the sales advisor and the experience at the Luton Dreams. Will definitely recommend to others and return in the near future.
