I was served by a gentleman called Naveen in the Luton hatters way store and he was so very helpful. I left a very happy customer and had a very happy little boy when I got home with his new mattress. He helped me choose a new mattress and was great it was in stock so I could take it straight away, he gave me great advice and sold me a very nice mattress. Thank you

The sales man Aya was very helpful and knowledgeable and was not pushy like some salesman excellent service.

George who talked us through your sleep match process was personable, approachable, fun and knowledgeable. He gave us as much time as we wanted, we were under no pressure at all and he was patient. Once we had chosen what we wanted he handed us over to Kam who processed our order. Kim was equally knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant and made the whole process very pleasant and easy as I believe it could be.
