I visited the store on3 occasions,Kam member of staff was there on each one he remembered my ordered and was very patient when I was deciding!

George the store manager was very patient with me , answered all my questions .

From lying on the bed initially to take measurements etc to finding the right mattress for me as I have hip problem. I am very happy. I was able to take my time and ask questions. I would recommend dreams

Hello, first the store was cleaned and the environment was welcoming. Jackie approached and introduced herself. Ask us about what product we were looking for. She explained and give us a tour of the store. We were looking for an affordable bed with mattress so she explained the differences between the foam and spring one. This information was very helpful. She explained how the 20 percent discount work, she helps to find a bed and mattress within our budget. Finally we purchased the bed and maternity. Jackie communication skills and eye contact were very good..we will recommend friends and families to visit the store and we will go back again.. Thanks Vikram

Good customer service

As soon as I entered the store, sofi was there to help and advise, I used the sleep machine to establish the most suitable mattress options for my needs. Soft was very helpful and let me try out a few mattresses until I found the one which was suitable. She remained vigilant of social distancing and PPE at all times and I felt safe and secure. I also chose a bed frame which wasn't on display and all the details were made available to me. I was offered refreshment whilst trying out the beds and arranging my order and payment. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I have already recommended dreams when I purchased a previous bed and will certainly do so again, very professional and extremely helpful

George was of great help on our visit. His knowledge was great and his honest and professional approach was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. We will definitely be recommending the services of Dreams and George in particular.

The assistant , Kamran was so helpful when we went into Dreams . While in the shop he suggested we should try a sleep machine so he would know which type of bed would suit us best , all civic precautions were adhered . Kamran patiently showed us several beds before we came to a decision .He also have us bottles of water saying he knew wearing masks makes you feel dehydrated. The bill was explained to us as was the warranty . The whole experience was very good all the staff were friendly and when the time comes as will definitely return to Dreams .
