Dreams - Luton

The Luton (hatters way) store was clean & tidy. Jackie the store assistant greeted us as we entered the store to a warm welcome which was nice and served us to the highest of standards she was friendly and showed us the different types of mattresses available for our budget we did not feel pressurised. The store did so well on the topic of social distancing to the pandemic, well done an excellent member of staff and is an asset to the company. i will return to that store and recommend to friends and family.

Really straight forwards and didn’t feel like I was being sold to

At the Luton store in Chaul End land, Service was 100%, the staff were all very friendly and had great customer service skills. The product I was looking was exactly what they produced to me. I would recommend this store to friends and family.

We arrived at the store after making enquires on the phone. Immediately Jackie who we had spoken to assisted to our request for procuring our new bed. In a very professional manner.
