The process of buying our mattress was made very easy by the way that the store person ( Aya ) conducted himself during our visit. He consulted us and gave us the relevant information we needed.

I was excellently greeted by Aya from the Luton branch. He asked what products we require and he instantly knew which ones to recommend. It was clear and obvious how knowledgeable Aya is when it comes to Dreams beds and mattresses. He invited us to take the Sleep test to determine which mattress would suit best for us, as we came in with the intention of purchasing 4 beds. He then showed us 10+ mattresses ranging from springs, spring+foam combo, and memory foam mattresses. His knowledge of the comfort, material, and customer favourites on all mattresses is something to be really impressed about. He really allowed us to make an informed decision of which products we wanted to buy. Therefore, due to his expertise in this field, myself and my brother has purchased 4 double beds and 4 double-bed mattresses, as well as top of the range Tempur pillows and mattress protectors. Well done to Aya for this amazing sale!
