Dreams - Luton

I don’t really like to go out shopping much do alot on line shopping so I like to just get what I want and go home the assistant from Aya was very good he got me what I wanted and didn’t waste time jus showing me items i wouldn’t be interested in George was also very kind and cheerful very nice staff at dreams Luton

We had two people help us George helped us with a choice of the bed and headboard and gave us great information on what would work well with the colour scheme of the room. He also helped with the type of headboard choice as well which was fantastic. He was very friendly and gave us a lot of time to think and choose our decision. For our help with the mattress we had the help of Jacqueline which showed us all the options which suited my back problems and found me a great choice of mattress out of the selection we seen. She made us feel comfortable and happy with the choice we picked. The whole time felt looked after and thanked them greatly.

The assistant, I think her name was Sofi was very helpful, she tested me to find what type of bed I needed and took me around the store to test which one I felt more comfortable with and provided me with a bottle of water as I was there for a while. I came out of the shop feeling very happy and satisfied I would definitely return to the shop if I need another bed. Thank you very much Sofi for your patience.

Sufiya could not do enough for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we took our time looking at products, listening to our needs and suggesting many options and ideas for us. So much so that although we were just shopping for a mattress we ended up buying a whole new ottoman bed frame as-well! We left the store feeling extremely valued and heard rather than just another sales pitch - thank you!!
