The staff were great, we felt right at home and they took safety measures seriously

Sales assistant Jackie was polite I told her what I wanted and she showed me several mattresses which were suitable for me. It was very hot the day I attended store and was immediately offered water when I sat down. I would most certainly would go back and definitely would recommend this store and particularly the sales assistant. Looking forward to my new mattress arriving.

The assistant came up to us straight away and asked if we needed help. We explained what we was looking for and she showed us all the options available, she was not pushy and we felt comfortable at all times. She offered us refreshments on a few occasions and always made sure our needs were meet. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we purchased what we came in for

Staff were friendly and understood requirements. Very accommodating. Helped with decision making and gave available options for disposing of old bed and mattress and assembly of new bed. Felt at easy and did not feel pressured into making a decision

Kam sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. Left us to decide what we wanted and was there if needed.

Your colleague was alone in store that day but made us feel like we were the only customers in there. Really helpful, great listener and very knowledgeable.

The 2 gentlemen who served me were very friendly and not in a rush. Took time to explain things and answer questions. Their customer service is just excellent. Keep up the good work gentlemen
