From walking into the Store to be greeted by George. who was professional and friendly and knowledgeable. He made the experience enjoyable. He then passed us to his colleague Sufiya who helped us choose our Bed, mattress etc. and then finished the paper work which made the procedure stress free. Well done Luton Dreams..

The assistant went above and beyond for me. I went late in the day and the store closed. Even though he knew he wasn’t getting a sale there n then, he never rushed me or informed me the shop was now closed. He continued to answer every question and talk in detail about the products

Jackie was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and really enjoyed the sleep calculator bed. She offered me water on a really hot day and it made the difference in my experience. Great store!

Upon entering the store we were approached by Nav who was very helpful, he found the best mattress suited for myself and Danielle and the exact bed we were both looking for. I would highly recommend dreams for the choice and the price I paid, as for the service provided I'd definitely recommend Nav he was very friendly with no pressure sales like you get in other stores.

Selection of beds available, given time to look around without the pressure of a sales person hovering around you. The salesman (Kamran) was knowledgeable & professional.
