Jackie was exceptionally helpful in finding me a ready mat at a real great price, ready to collect.

I was given the opportunity to chose the mattress and pillow of my choice. I had enough information given and explained enabling me to make informed decision.

The friendly service and sufiya was very helpful and genuine also George was friendly sufiya helped with taking me around the store showing me everything that I needed and advised and we had a joke and a banter which was really Nice to have when u go into a store was made To feel Really welcome so A big Well done to sufiya and a big thank you you Need more people like George and sufiya

Although the salesman George could not show me the bed, he was able to find it on-line and order it for me

The staff were nice in assisting me. A male worker provided me with a sleep test, and a woman named Sufiya assisted me with a purchase by showcasing different mattresses based on the sleep test. She was friendly and knowledgeable and brought us a bottle of water

Cam the sales assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The products look very good quality.

I was very impress throughout the whole process, from store to the delivery guy's. had a good laugh with the guy's while there were assembling my beds the Algerian guy from high Wycombe & his partner romanian, I didn't get their names but they were very helpful.
