The gentleman who served me was extremely helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. I was not rushed at all when trying out various mattresses and was given helpful advice about similar mattresses I might like to try.

Aya, the pleasent young nan who served was extremely knowledgable about your products, he explained in great detail the types of matresses available etc. We didn't feel pushed into buying a bed and felt comfortable. All in all a pleasent experience. Aya is a credit to your company

As soon as I walk into store, I felt relaxed and welcomed because the staff was very friendly and polite. Naveed introduced himself and was very kind and helpful. He went through all the different types of bed frames, mattresses and allowed me to try Dreams's Sleep Match which helped me find my perfect mattress.

Very pleasant and great staff

We went into one of the Dream stores in Luton looking for a new king size bed. Within a couple of minutes we were approached by one of the members of staff who asked from a distance if we required any support. We told the member of staff we were looking for a new bed and mattress to which she asked if we had anything in mind and if we would like to test out the in store mattress technology machine they had to find what mattress best suits us. The member of staff made us feel very relaxed when we agreed to try it out, we were given time to relax and test the machine out and bottles of water were offered to us. Once we finished with the machine the results were explained to us. We were told to take the pillow that best suits us and some paper towel due to COVID. We were taken to 5 different mattresses and told to test them one by one until we found the one that best suited us. We were than shown beds that we described we wanted which were shown to us saving a lot of down time for both us and the member of staff. WE found what we wanted plus matching furniture and finalised the sale of our new bed. The member of staff was highly knowledgable, professional and welcoming.

The young lady who assisted me was very warming and explained the difference in mattresses as I was not sure off a good quality able to take the ware and tare off a bouncy 8 year old but she was happy to answer all questions and let me feel the good before I purchased . I felt safe in the store and would certainly shop with you again and tell my friends to visit if ever anyone speaks off needing a bed . But overall a very satisfying visit and very well looked after by staff.
