I am satisfied with Dreams with everyone at the store they where very worm and friendly, and willing to help , Aya done brilliant job to get as best discount including George which helped for everything thanks very much and i will refer anyone i know.

The help, support and experience given to us by the shop assistant was second to none. He had the patience and took his time to explain the items to us. The customer service given was excellent. Very pleased.

The second we walked in we was greeted by Kamran (Luton Branch) who walked us through the ‘dreams bed machine’ forgot what it was called. Helped us choose the right mattress, took time with us but was no where near pushy. Everything you would want from a sales rep!

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Kamran who was very helpful throughout my visit. He had also assisted my parents when they were in the market for a new bed. I had already decided on the bed frame that I wanted so I only needed assistance with purchasing a new mattress. Kamran kindly offered me the opportunity to use the sleep match system they had in store which recommended some great mattresses for me to try. I was allowed some time to think about my decision and offered refreshments which were much appreciated. After making my decision Kamran was very helpful in processing my order and setting up my payment plan. I was very pleased with my visit to my local dreams store and will definitely be using them in future.

Myself and my wife walked into the showroom and was promptly greeted by George. A friendly and courteous approach which felt genuine. He asked what we were looking for and efficiently started helping us with the mattress computer to find the right type. He as well as Kamran showed us a number of mattresses helping us find the perfect one. After selecting they were informative with regards to extras and delivery schedule times. Again all felt genuine.

Great customer service. We enjoyed the bed machine which resulted in the specific choice of the mattress
