I did not experience any problems in selecting and placing the order. The customer service was second to none. Your questionnaire is faulty and I believe to be weighted to 'highly satisfied' for every category..this is un reasonable and should not reflect on the staff member.

The service delivered by Aya was first rate. He helped me choose a suitable mattress in my price range, which is what I came for. He was welcoming and friendly and I felt very comfortable expressing my wishes and limitations. Most importantly, at no time did I feel pressured into buying anything I did not want. In addition I found a great pillow (something I did not come to the shop for, but was looking for anyway). It was not only a great but also successful shopping experience.

Helpful staff, clean shop, good range of goods

Very helpful sales assistant (Naveen) who spent the time to understand our needs and then also did not rush us into buying the first option. Also very methodical in the way he explained the options and choices. Also, provided us with a reasonable discount (purchase value over £2.5k). All in all a very good experience. Will return for future purchases.
