Dreams - Luton

Had a good experience with the dreams staff who were knowledgeable and friendly. We were given all the info we needed and were not pushed into buying things we did not want.

Very helpful and friendly. Due to a removals issue I needed a mattress to take away that day, and they were able to find me something within my budget that suited my needs, and even carried it to the van for me

The manner and knowledge of the salesman was excellent, gave me plenty of information and time to make a decision

The staff were very friendly and very helpful they listened to what we had to say and showed items that would suit us. We were given cold water in the really hot weather which was refreshing, overall it was a very hassle free shopping trip plan to visit again very to purchase another bed frame and mattress.

It was quick and simple probably because I knew what I wanted as Ive purchased from dreams before, also the staff member name Aya was very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease

Nav was very friendly at courteous, we were out on the machine to see what comfort rating was ideal. Great choice of beds all explained very well. Quick and easy transaction.

Sofi at the Luton store was just super, so helpful and efficient, made a super effort to listen to what I needed and was straight on the case - brilliant knowledge too, she advised me really well having listened to my requirements. Purchased within minutes of being in store because of her attentiveness and effort. Walked away very pleased. Thank you Sofi.

Very helpful staff

Greeted upon entry and helped immediately. The mattress I wanted was not available but an alternative was offered and price matched. This was done very quickly and professionally. The time between purchase and delivery was too long however the store found me an alternative method of getting my product home on the same day and at a good delivery price. Very satisfied with the service and I will definitely visit the store again. Sofi at the Hatter’s Way store in Luton was terrific and offered fantastic customer service.

On entering the Luton store we were met by Jacqueline. She welcomed us and asked if we needed help which we did. She showed us a variety of mattresses, divans and headboards and to help us we also had a session on the bed chooser machine. We were given bottled water as it was a very hot day, although cool in the store. Jacqueline's knowledge was excellent and she helped us with our final choice. Jacqueline was not pushy at all, indeed all the staff are really friendly. We spent about 90 minutes altogether and nothing was too much trouble for Jacqueline. She is a credit to Dreams and we are looking forward to delivery of our new bed.
