Great customer service from Jackie O’brien. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Sofi was really helpful. Approached us the minute we stepped foot in the shop. Took the time to explain and answer all our questions. I was there with my pregnant wife and 19 months baby and sofi was really patient with us. Offered us water and biscuit for my baby. Will like to use this opportunity to say a big thank you to dreams and Sofi for her service to us.

Although we felt we has a good idea of our requirements when entering the store we were educated in product ranges by your staff member. we were able to adapt our requirements and be assured of a good choice of product. The sales lady listened to us and adapted her flow of information accurately.

Salesperson "AYA" was very helpful and professional. Explained everything very clearly, helped with understanding our needs as well. Gave us enough time and space, and subsequently, gave us the information of the products.

The assistant was very polite and helpful .and only have to wait few days for the order to be delivered which is good 😊

callum the sales assist was brilliant he hreeted us when we arrived but allowed us to walk around with out being hassled, he interacted with the three of us, he was very knowledgeable on all products, i would highly recommend him and the store

The sales assistant, Sofi, was very attentive, knowledgeable, the mattress suitability machine was very helpful and the assistant showed us a number of mattresses which she thought would suite our needs, which they did. Choosing the right me for us was much less difficult and quicker than I had imagined
