The staff Nav and Sofi were extremely helpful, and both took time to show us what would be best in the way of mattress and base

The Dreams team at the Luton branch were all very welcoming and informative about our buy, but in particular there was a particular sales assistant called Kam who processed our order on the two occasions we went, and both times he was very accommodating to our needs, took time to explain the different products, and guided us through every step, and even when we went back the second time he was equally as accommodating and professional but able to guide us very sincerely- this was much appreciated by the whole family. We truly felt he was amazing, and probably one the the reasons we went to back to dreams the second time. Thankyou so much Kam.

I found what I looking & servis first class

I thought the team in the store were very knowledgeable and they did not crowd when you walked in the shop which is normally what happens all staff friendly not just the ones dealing with me

We were served by Aya who has friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do what he could to help. Aya applied no pressure in terms of encouraging or applying sales tactics to get us to buy, and this made us feel much more comfortable and more obliged to buy where he was so genuine about wanting to help us.
