The member of staff approached us with a friendly and positive attitude, spent a lot of her time with us to ensure we were happy with the product we were buying! She was also very knowledgeable about the products you offer.

Staff are very efficient, friendly, respectful, visibly reassuring and positively welcoming. It makes me feel relaxed and easily communicating during my visit. My needs were put into consideration and information about products were very clear and concise. All these qualities enhanced my informed choice. Products are affordable and durable. I will refer friends and family to Dreams.

My husband, my disabled son and I were served by Kamran. He was attentive to us and especially to our son ( which is rare in stores). He explained the bed machine and gave us time explaining the type of bed that would suit us. He allowed us to look around without hovering, and offered us a bottle of water each which was needed that day. We did not feel pressure , he tried to find our budget and work with it but also recommended suitable beds that were a little above. We opted for a bed that was more expensive than we had planned originally because we felt that we would be happier with the purchase for longer. This is our second bed from Dreams and will be returning.

customer service was excellent , staff member guided us with his product knowlege to chose the right product and helped every step of the way , first-class service. giving us information and was very patient allowing us time to take in the differences and chose the right product for us. its ten out of ten from us .
