the main reason i was highly satisfied with my experience was that i was served by Kamran Khan. Kamran was welcoming, engaging, and proffesional, caring whilst maintaining a warm and friendly attitude - characteristics which i always look for when spending my hard earned money. Little to benson for beds i had 600 ready to spend on a mattress but due to lack or attention i walked out and the next store was dreams! Where thankfully Kamran approached me and within 10mins of my visit he had showed me exactly what i was looking for and within my budget Other staff were also friendly and said hello during my visits.

Kamran was extremely helpful in getting my order correctly and assisted in all questions I had. He went above and beyond to resolve any queries I had to the best ability he could. I appreciate him and his colleagues.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a lovely staff member called Kam. He was amazing from start to finish from listening to what we do and don’t like to showing us beds that’s meet what we was looking for. We found the perfect mattress unfortunately the frame we wanted was discontinued but we did find another one. Kam is a true credit to the team.

I attended my local branch in luton and was approached by the store colleague Sofi with a smile and gave a warm welcome to the store, and assisted me with my purchase. Was very pleased with her first impression and followed by the GET TO KNOW STAGE where she got to know me and what i was looking to purchase, She asked me various life style questions and what bed i had and size. She then followed by GET TO KNOW US...So she explained the products that were available for the bed i had and gave me various options to choose from. After selecting the product and purchased she then gave the LASTING IMPRESSION by walking me to the door with a smile and welcomed me back to the store for any further assistance. I just like to say i am very pleased with Sofi and the experience she had given me was excellent. Thank you Sofi.

The staff were so good the moment I got in, they used a machine to determine the type of mattress that would suit me, I got a water bottle which was a nice gesture, I felt like I was appreciated and not just another customer and also the atmosphere in the shop was great and all the staff were really approachable and friendly

The store manager was warm and knowledgeable. He offered water on arrival and made us comfortable. He allowed us experience the diagnostic mattress which customised proffered mattress type. Then he showed a range of mattress with own pillow and allowed ample time to experience each mattress feeling/suitability. He explained the various comfort each mattress was and applied to body part. I was also allowed to use the ladies which gave me relaxed time to sample my options.

Easy pleasant experience

Sophie was amazing she helped me pick out the perfect product for me and also was very informative on each I product she told me about. I would recommend dreams to all my friends and family for the phenomenal costumer service. Sophie seemed to have an answer for all my questions and I left the store very happy.

On arrival to the store I was welcome by Naveed . He explained the layout and showed me the Sleepmatch bed. Offered me drink and showed me various mattress and gave me plenty time to try them out . Naveed is a credit to Dreams . The team also were great and friendly.

I been to the luton hatters way store to get some ideas was no plan to buy the bed, As soon as I enter Mr. Kamran explained me step by step around all the mattress with measuring machine, Excellent service made me to buy 2 single beds and 2 mattresses.
