The moment me and my mum went into the store the customer assistant was quick to put aid and helped us with everything. He told us the quality and size for everything that would fit into my room. His name was Ayatyllah. Absolute star! Went above and beyond when dealing with us. Had a big smile on his face the whole time. Fantastic would highly recommend dreams to all my family and friends

The virtual bed experience was great and guided me to the best mattress for me. My sales executive was so helpful and attentive to my every need. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed / mattress! Well done team.

Having been to Dreams 3 times in the last 3 months due to my disorganisation I was impressed with all the staff I spoke to. Very polite friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely return to this store and without doubt recommend it family and friends.

High quality, polite staff, friendly staff George and Al forget the name . Service high quality. I sleep yesterday with pillows for Tempur comfort firm l work up the following day at 1630 pm very relaxed and enjoy the comfort. I will recommend everyone to go to Dreams and share my services to my friends and good quality of bed and pillows. I will be back for other two beds for spare bedrooms.

WHILST WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED WHEN WE ENTERED THE STORE A MEMBER OF STAFF WAS IMMEDIATLY AVALABLE TO TAKE OUR ORDER

Nicely laid out store, convenient and easy parking. I was greeted immediately and Jaqueline, the sales lady was really friendly, polite and helpful, making several useful suggestions. I hadn’t previously considered buying a foam mattress but was impressed when I was allowed to try a range of mattresses, and the foam pillows with each mattress. My buying decision was made a lot easier with the help and advice I received. I ended up spending about four times what I had originally intended but I think I ended up buying a mattress more suited to me needs. The buying process was pretty quick and easy, and I paid a twenty percent deposit and took advantage of the 30 months interest free credit. The whole credit check process took five minutes. Overall, a very pleasant and successful visit to the store.
