Everything was awesome and the colleagues were so helpful and friendly- the sleep machine was really cool

Excellent staff who had knowledge of the beds and mattress we required , did not apply sales pressure, answered all our questions to allow us to choose the bed . Dreams have an excellent range of beds to choose from and we particularly like the comfort machine that analyses the type of mattress that suits the individual .Past experience of previous purchases gave us the confidence to return and purchase new beds We particularly wish to thank Naveed , Aya and Carol from the Luton branch who were of great assistance.

Naveed listened to what I wanted and needed and was flexible in his approach. He showed me a range of mattresses based on the sleep machine results at a range of prices. He also highlighted some great offers which would be suitable and we came to a great arrangement. It was a nice relaxed genuine approach where he listened and provided a great service with a fantastic outcome - I got more than I expected and at a great price. It was just a really pleasant shopping experience.
