We were helped by Nav who was very knowledgeable about the products. He assessed what the best mattress would be for us by using the mattress machine and then showed us a selection of recommended mattresses and explained about each one. He was very friendly and gave us lots of options. He was also very considerate and gave us space to think about our decisions.

We were greeted and assisted by Jackie at your Luton Chaul End Lane store. Jackie asked what we were looking for and after explaining we were assessed on the sleep monitor and then shown a variety of mattresses varying in firmness and price. At no time were we put under pressure to buy anything that we were not happy with. After trying and retrying beds we purchased a TEMPUR mattress pillows and mattress protector and then the base and headboard, we also purchased a cover plan and paid for our old bed to be disposed of. At all times Jackie was completely professional and chatty she is an asset to your company

We were welcomed with friendliness and respect. The whole experience was a pleasure, the young man who looked after us was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The staff (Sofi) was quite patient with us, even though it seems we had no idea of what we wanted to buy. The bed frames are also very good.
