I was listened to. The sales person took time to source the item I required with patience. Had a smile on his face and was friendly. He was very polite and accommodating and I left the store very happy. Delivery was perfect. Driver telephoned ahead to confirm. The whole experience was very satisfactory!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helped me find what I was looking for at the right price, as a student they were considerate of my budget restraints and advised me expertly

Sofi was so helpful! She made the whole experience trouble free and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. She was kind, knowledgeable and really understanding of our situation. She did everything she could to ensure we got the best deal possible. Her customer service skills were brilliant, she even got myself and my family bottles of water when the face masks proved to be a bit hot. She is a credit to the Luton store and I would return whenever I needed because of the such good experience we had.

The staff was welcoming, understood our needs and gave us the necessary advice.

I see things usually as good or bad. If good them I am Highly Satisfied if not the opposite applies. The question where I gave a different answer was because Highly Satisfied did not apply and there was no n/a option.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at the Dreams store in Luton. Naveed was extremely down to earth, friendly and helpful. He took his time to walk through the offers and beds in the store. It was a pleasure to meet him and he made our experience unforgettable.

There was nothing to criticise. It all went very smoothly.

I was served by Aya. He really spent his time explaining the products that we really needed and gave us all the options available. The knowledge he have on the products especially the cons and pros really made a difference on buying the mattresses that we want.
