The staff were very knowledgable about beds and mattresses, and helped us decide on the best products. Its the first time I purchased ottoman beds, so Kam, and Sofi clearly explained which beds have the best hydraulics. One of the beds I wanted was out of stock - so Sofi suggested an alternative. Everyone was very friendly.

Our last mattress was purchased from this same store and we were very pleased with the customer service then, so returned when we needed to purchase a new mattress. All the staff were very knowledgeable with pleasant demeanours. We will certainly recommend this store, and shop there again. Full marks to all.
