George who served us was extremely knowledgeable. He quoted us a good price and gave space for us to discuss and st no time did we feel pressured into the decision on whether to purchase or not. He offered alternatives and gave very good advice. Very helpful and spent time to ensure we had finished asking any questions. Showed us a good range that met our requirements.

Both George and Aya left us to look around and then provided assistance when asked without any pressure, and showed us the products from the lower end to the high end, and left us to decide again with zero pressure, and then the order process was clear, simple and easy, with a good delivery date, all in all a great buying experience and well done to George and Aya and everyone else at the store for providing this, highly recommended.

The bed machine reading helped to find us a more suitable bed

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about product. Apologetic about the length of delivery even though it wasn’t their fault. No harassment to buy just advice given when asked for. Enjoyable experience, being able to walk round with out offers of help every few minutes.

We are an elderly couple both with back problems and the customer service we got was second to none.The salesman was extremely helpful made us coffees nothing was too much trouble allowed us to take our time we were treated with utmost respect wonderful to have good old fashioned service

My first time buying pillows, duvets etc. (Usually my mum did before), went inside and taken a look but I didn’t really know the “difference” between products and firmness of pillows etc. I was helped massively by the Staff Member inside, spoke through every item, explained everything in depth and helped me select items which suits my needs, couldn’t be happier with the service and also how friendly he was. Would highly recommend to anyone!
