iam a person who looks carefully after his credit scores also mantaining my finances, and for unexplained reason the creation finace rejected my application , when ive tried to get in touch with them , they refused to provide any explaination, knowing that my credit score is farely good with no bad history, knowing that i just been approved a mortgage not long afo , also beeing able to encrease my credit card limite by more than double with hsbc ( tough financial instutue) i cant see any reason why craetion would reject my application, i had graet doubt about the way my application was made at the satore and i would more appreciate if the stuff could shown some intrest and care to help me to solve this probleme.

I was offered free delivery Mon/Fri which I wanted. However, not wishing to have to stay in all day to receive it, I asked if I could specify am or pm. The answer was "yes" and I asked for a pm delivery. I was not told at the time, however, that this would incur a further charge of £24. Nor was I told at the time that I would be advised of a 2hr delivery time slot on the day. I feel I have been charged an extra £24 (not an insignificant amount) unnecessarily, and I would be grateful if you would give consideration to its refund. Many thanks.

I called the sales line before we went to the store. The phone assistant quoted two weeks for delivery of the super king bed. The store assistant quoted three weeks; which was disappointing. We purchased three beds and for that, I would have expected recycling of all our old beds and also installation of the news beds as part of the offer.

Very nice guy served me in the shop and helped me choose a nice looking and feeling mattress product. Swiftly sorted the transaction and clearly stated when and how we could get delivery AND (very good) removal of the old mattress. HOWEVER at NO point did anyone say that the mattress was NOT ABLE to bend... I was asked if it was needed to go upstairs and I said YES!? Almost all staircases have a bend. Our property is a victorian terrace, but existing superking mattress was delivered 10 years ago without incident so I expected same this time. Instead your delivery guys said it was impossible to deliver cos the mattress had a metal frame (?!?) and was not able to bend round the corner. So the whole order now has to be cancelled. Very frustrating.

We arrived at the store at about 10.15 a.m. There was only one salesman on the shop floor who was dealing with another customer and was unable to assist us. We waited for at least 40 minutes and just as he was finalising the transaction a colleague turned up to serve us. He told us that he was due to start at 11 but his colleague had phoned to see if he could get in earlier. We were actually on the verge of going to the shop next door which was Benson Beds. We also wanted to buy some good pillows but none of the pillows were priced. This is not a reflection of the sales team who were very apologetic.

Bought a mattress for my son , it was display mattress , as we needed one ASAP , they took some money off as it was on display 6 months , I expressed the cover was dirty where people laid on it , so I asked if they could provide a mattress protector , as pillows were offered instead , at the desk I said again could I have a mattress protector then I was happy to take it for the price they had given , the customer advisor then said I’ll throw pillows in for £9.0 also so I excepted , which made my bill higher from £165 to £172 , I then signed and payed for the goods , I was told a year cover in the mattress , but if any thing was wrong I would only get £105 back as I took pillows and mattress protector , this was not explained before I payed , not acceptable, the customer service man was quite rude , and told to chill out as I was not happy , After a bad experience before this is now 2nd one I won’t be going back to dreams ever again

H/B did not arrive with bed and mattress. Told over the phone that another customer had purchased my H/B an hour after me and I would have it delivered on the 2 Feb 2018 this was purchased on 9 Jan 2018. Told that I would receive phone calls of when I would receive this item but no had to call them which was done 3 times. Called this morning to see if it was definitely being delivered as this is the date I was quoted and got answer phone then called again at 10.30 and got told that they were waiting for delivery and they would call me. I paid a lot of money for my purchase and it took a lot of saving. I am so angry.
