The prices you charge for the removal of my old bed, why does it have to be priced for each peice.? Also why are there charges for Saturday deliveries, when you know most people work.

wanted to order over phone, wrong store number on quote, had to return to store to place order.

The service was fine. To rate highly satisfied would be that extra special service where you feel people have gone the extra mile.

Rubbish outside shop. On sunday

Shop very quiet (it had just opened, sunny day) so felt like staff sitting around doing nothing. Not immediately welcomed, but when we asked for some help, Jackie volunteered, and was very knowledgable and helpful. She suggested we try different options based on our needs, but allowed us to make our own decision. Also, very limited stock of children's beds to see in store vs brochure. You probably lost an additional sale as a result

the choices available in my opinion were quite limited

Think customer service could have been better- we could have been shown other products/similar price range etc

The price of the products are very high so I'm hoping the quality will be as well.

Your staff member was friendly. She knew the range available. Some items were not as sturdy as I had hoped.

I haven't been told the delivery length.
