Overall we were happy with the information was given including getting the right mattress as well. Naveed did everything what he can to make us happy and also make understand what was right for us.

I didn’t like the fact that during the credit check I had to give my personal details out near other customers because the desks were quite close together. I think we as customers should be given the opportunity to enter our details on to the computer without having to shout it out.

The first guy that helped us wasn’t great but the second man, George was exceptional. He made my Nan, mum, my son and me very welcome and entertained my five year old.

I think the overall price is still fairly high and would have liked a greater discount, especially as we were returning customers who purchased a bed only last year

My partner and I did a few laps of your store, ignored by a few colleagues until we stumbled across Jackie. As soon as we were in the vicinity of her, she made contact and wanted to help us. Had the other members of the team treated us like that, our score would have been highly satisfied.

It was a means to an ends. Didn’t go in to get blown away by service etc. Takes a lot to do that. However saying that, the sales person was extremely pleasant to both my mum (who also purchased a mattress) and us. We were offered tea (before placing an order!) and were not felt to be under any pressure. Seeing how another family were treated who were clearly queue jumped whilst waiting for free desk to place an order, was alarming to see how this was allowed both by the affected customers (if it was me I would have kicked off) and the sales person looking after them.
