I was told that my old mattress which was paying Dreams to remove had to be placed and sealed by me in a green bag provided by the store as a condition of it being removed. As a woman over 70 with physical limitations and living alone, this requirement is not possible for me.

Only that our previous bed was destroyed in a house fire and there was not an option of speeding up the delivery
