The store did not carry any 4ft beds which my mother wanted. When trying out various mattresses my Mother could not get up on to the beds as she is only 4ft. 7inches tall.I asked whether there was a platform or step or something to assist her but the assistant couldn't help us. I ended up having to lift her onto the beds myself, which was slightly embarrassing for her at 86 years old.

EVERYTHING WE WOULD HOPE FOR, WHEN BUYING SOMETHING SO IMPORTANT, WAS THERE AT THE SHOP. THE GOODS, THE STAFF, THEIR FRIENDLINESS KNOWLEDGE CARE AND HELPFULNESS. COULDN'T HAVE WISHED FOR A BETTER SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
