As we entered the store we were greeted and welcomed in very friendly manner and made us feel at ease. We were showed around the store by Sufiya, who had in depth knowledge of the beds and in particular different types of mattresses. Her guidance was invaluable to us in choosing the right mattresses suitable for our sleeping habits. Her sales pitch was not based on securing a sale but making sure that we were satisfied with what we were buying. We ended up by buying 3 beds inclusive of frames, mattresses and headboard. We were also treated to cup of coffee and water. The store manager, George was very accommodating and helpful.

Very friendly and know there product and not in your face with sales talk very helpful

We were at a loss when we walked in and didn’t know where to start but Kam came to our assistance. He showed us to the sleep master which recommended the best type of mattress for myself and my husband. He left us to it and went to make us a coffee. He then pointed out the recommendations explaining the qualities and differences between each mattress. Kam was very helpful and gave us space and time to make our own decision without any pressure.

The salesman Naveed was a lovely guy , very friendly and efficient at is job. Gave some great advise and did not try and over sell anything, gave us loads of options a true gent. Thanks for your help Nav

George explained the sleepmatch machine results clearly, then explain the different types of mattresses and show the me the mattress so I could test them.

The sales associate who assisted us, Nav was great. He was so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He made our buying experience so much better and everything went smoothly. Looking forward to receiving our order next week. Big thanks to Nav for all of his help.

We went to the store just to get an idea of the prices and available products and also to compare the prices that we got from online sellers. But we were very happy to find the mattress of our choice in the clearance sale. Aya one of your sales manager assisted so well that he made us to buy the bed frame as well. He attended us very well and answered to our questions and concerns very professionally. Overall, we are very happy with the service and keenly looking forward to the delivery.
