Because we were satisfied with the excellent service we received. To add "highly" is pointless.

I have not given top marks as I was told as a manger when in my field there is always room for improvment. The service we recived was friendly and would say over all very good

GDPR was not considered and the personal questions about customers financial and personal information were being asked in front of other customers present

The Lucia frame I originally chose was only available in dark brown imitation leather. I would gave preferred lighter colours like navy. I returned two days later to see what other options in other frames were available but was unable to find any others I liked. The only other colour was black. I also realized the frame would be too low for me when the mattress was fitted. If I had changed to a base and headboard I would have had to pay over £300.00 extra. So I will be cancelling the order today. Staff still were helpful.

I visited the store the previous day, when I received the written quotation. I then went and shopped around to find an equally good mattress for considerably less. it was only upon returning to Dreams the following day that i was shown alternatives to try and persuade me to make a purchase. I did eventually , however I think alternatives offering should always be offered.
