Nothing other than prices but not bought a bed for 8/10 years so didn’t know what was expecting

The price of items

The shop assistant was great sorted me out quick of what I needed. Very friendly service

The product purchased is mighty priced for an MDF product with no soft close. I would expect for the price range abs considering soft close for bedroom furniture is almost a standard feature.

The price was more than we expected to pay for a mattress.

It was my first time buying a bed but I felt I was been served to the best of their ability which was good. Customer Service was excellent thanks.

Sufia was highly knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient with us and had all the answers and more. The second assistant who drew up the order, was pleasant enough but I found that he tried too hard to sell insurances and personally, I don’t feel that I wanted any type of insurance at all. The mattress protector was originally quoted at £70 - there is no way that it could possibly have been priced at such a high price. Also I already have a mattress protector anyway. Therefore, I felt that I was oversold items I feel I don’t need or wanted.
