Jackie The sales assistant was very helpful and understanding in assisting me with choosing my bed and mattress As I have a back condition I feel she has met all my needs and was very polite and I even got a cup of tea which was lovely thank you Jackie

It was a busy store but we were not rushed and we were given time to try out the different beds in the showroom. The dream's assistant was knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience pleasurable and easy.

Jackie was understanding of both our needs and advised us accordingly. There was a happy atmospere in the shop in Hatters way Luton where we purchased the bed. We have brought many items from your store in the past that is why we came back. Jackie was able to give advice on a bed for my mother in law who is 87 and has specificate needs, we will be coming back again with mother in law for a new bed.
