Dreams - Luton

I bought my bed from dreams luton and I can't believe how easy it was to find what I needed, i have some issues with my back and Jackie that served me put my mind at ease and new exactly what was right for me and I can't thank her enough, I walked Into the store and didn't feel pressured into buying and was given alot of time to test and lay on the beds. Thank you dreams and thank you Jackie.

Kamran was extremely helpful, polite, offered refreshments,encouraged us to try several mattresses before making a decision. He did not rush us into buying or force us into purchasing something we did not want. He interacted with the public very well and you could have a good laugh with him.

I had been in the shop next door and been quoted a lot more that my limit for what I liked but in dreams ieasha had gone through a wide variety of mattresses that may suit I had been in to look for a mattress more than a bed, due to having a bad back, but if I had found what I wanted then I would get them both I found the mattress that will hopefully help with my back and an amazing bed at a great price, ieasha explained a lot about different mattress and I believe we may have found the one,

I am 87 yrs old and came with my carer, Cheryl. Iesha and ailan couldn't do enough for me, I took alot of their time deciding to buy my bed. I have new health needs, and it was important for me that i try the bed[an adjustamatic], have a bad back, and have very specific thoughts and needs for what I want.There is even a cubicle where I could lay on the bed I wanted without being in full view of everyone. Iesha and jackie, AND the manager, took time to get me my discount... very important, but i left feeling very at ease and knowing I would have no problem getting my bed into my new home. I have sold my house in Dunstable, and am hoping to finalise and move to a bungalow in Marston Mortaine, Beds soon....with my new bed stored when ready to deliver and set up in my bungalow. The store is excellent, freindly, and nothing was too much trouble. BIG THANKYOU, especially to Iesha. I'm " dreaming of my new bed " SINCE VISITING DREAMS!!!!!

It was the first time I had been to your store and was very impressed with the way i was helped with choosing my bed . When i first walked in the manager approached me and asked if I needed any help , I was given a coffee and introduced to one of his colleagues to help choose a mattress which I had no idea what I needed .the gentleman had great knowledge I feel about your products, I would definitely tell my friends about dreams and return again myself

The assistant was excellent and very helpful (Nada) excellent selection of products especially liked the option of a pillow the . Unfortunately on arrival there was a lot of rubbish on the pathway outside the store which when mentioned was quickly cleaned up everything else was excellent thank you

Overall very smooth experience, managed to arrange separate delivery for mattress and bed-frame to fit around my abrupt moving house date. Everything was nicely reduced in the January sale and I could take advantage of the finance options.
