From the minute we walked into the store at Luton, the customer service we received from Asq was brilliant. We were offered tea and given all information about the tyoe of mattress we were looking for. Asq listened to our needs and then showed us several different styles. He gave us time to try each of them out. We werent rushed into buying anything we didnt require or want. When we had made a decision he sat with us and talked us through everything. We were given the next available date for delivery. The store was clean tidy and staff were friendly and polite.

I was highly satisfied with my visit and purchase because the remembered us from our last purchase and were knowledgeable about the products etc. We felt valued by this experience, your staff in the Luton Bedfordshire store are a credit to you. Kamran finalised the sale he was excellent.
