Kamran greated us as soon as we walked into the store. He offered us a hot drink and gave our boys a hit chocolate and sat them down so we could look around. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and he didn’t hassle us. He supported us and guided us to our choice. Thank you kamran

A welcoming store, clean and well spaced, the assistant showed us the beds and explained the colour rating as to the firmness of the beds, we was left for a short time to test the beds which was good as we then didn't feel pressurised, our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We then placed our order and left the store very happy.

We were extremely happy with our experience in the store from the sales persons happy and inviting attitude to the knowledge about the products. The order was put through quickly via 0% finance we now cant wait to receive our new bed and mattress.

Jackie made the experience of buying a bed from Dreams very easy and actually enjoyable! We came in with our requirements and she presented us with options to choose from. We were able to select pillows to use and then tested out the beds with no feeling of time pressure. In fact she recommended we test out each bed for at least 10 minutes which made the decision in choosing a bed much easier once you get to know the comfort levels of each one. We were able to ask questions throughout our visit and once we narrowed the choice down to two beds, Jackie presented us with comparable quotes. Once the decision was made the rest was pretty straightforward. We were able to choose the extras we needed and the delivery date we required along with complimentary Bed Cover.
